Fuel Up to Play 60

Fuel Up to Play 60 is a club open to fourth and fifth graders. It operates as a leadership team for Swanson, advising students and staff about health and wellness. We focus on mindset, nutrition, exercise, and community service. We also act as a student council for our school.

The premise of Fuel Up to 60 is that every person should eat healthy and aim to get 60 minutes of activity a day. We know that well nourished and healthy people lead happier, healthier lives. We strive to promote a healthy life style and further our school mission or empowering students with the skills and character to succeed.

Our club is in full swing! We meet every Thursday from 3:30-4:30.
